We believe that the Orthodox Christian Church is the ‘One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church,” as professed in the Nicene Creed, that is, the Church that continues to transmit the “faith which was once for all delivered to the saints” (Jude 3). We believe that the Orthodox Church rightly preserves the fullness of the Gospel, and we wish to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with all who will hear it.
Holy Ghost is a parish under the authority and direction of His Grace, NIKON, bishop of Boston and New England. Our national church body is the Orthodox Church in America, an autocephalous (self-governing) Orthodox Church on this continent, whose jurisdiction runs from Canada through Mexico. The primate of the Orthodox Church in America is His Beatitude The Most Blessed TIKHON.
