Teaching the Orthodox Christian Faith to our children is one of the most important responsibilities we have as a parish. Our Church School Program, an essential ministry at Holy Ghost Church, is held directly after Divine Liturgy on Sunday, from September through May. All parish children from the ages of five (5) to twelve (12) are welcome and encouraged to participate in our school.
Mrs. Carol Kuputa is our Church School coordinator. She and the Church School staff augment class lessons by providing handouts on the lives of the saints and feast days, which parents can use for home instruction. Children are especially involved in “hand on” artistic projects, like making decorating their own icon frames for the “Sunday of Orthodoxy.”

Our teens participate in and act as special aides to the younger children for these summer and winter events.
